Cuisine takes a special place at ‘Deco on 44’. Our Executive Chef has worked in some of the finest resorts and hotels in the region. The Fusion cuisine is a mixture of old favourites like Sri Lankan Rice & Curry, Seafood Linguine, Traditional Fish & Chips, Gourmet Burgers, freshly prepared seafood and an array of mouthwatering desserts all prepared using local ingredients purchased mainly from local sellers. Our Seafood is bought daily from the fishermen at the Galle coast, and fresh fruit and vegetables are also bought daily with priority given to farmers within the community. We also try at all times to buy organic produce from the local community.
